While industry giants like Swiggy and Zomato have struggled to make ultra-fast food delivery work, Bengaluru-based startup Swish is doubling down. On March 17, 2026, regulatory filings revealed that Swish is in the final stages of raising $30 million (approx. ₹282.5 crore) in its Series B funding round, led by existing investor Hara Global Capital.
The 2.4X Valuation Surge
The funding marks a significant vote of confidence in Swish’s “full-stack” approach to quick commerce. The company’s valuation has leaped from $60 million in its Series A round (March 2025) to a post-money valuation of $140 million (approx. ₹1,267 crore).
- Lead Investor: Hara Global Capital (investing ~$14 million).
- Participating Investors: Bain Capital Ventures (new investor, ~$10 million) and Accel India (~$7 million).
- Cap Table Shift: Post-allotment, Accel India remains the largest shareholder with a 26.2% stake.
How Swish Succeeds Where Giants Paused
The “10-minute” food segment has been a graveyard for experimental projects: Swiggy shut down its Snacc app, and Zomato paused its Quick service within months. Swish, however, utilizes a hyper-local “Delight Center” model that differs from the aggregator approach.
- Hyper-Local Radius: Swish operates within a tight 1.5–2 km radius of its kitchens.
- Full-Stack Control: Unlike aggregators that pick up from third-party restaurants, Swish manages the entire process—from cooking in its own cloud kitchens to delivery—allowing for synchronized preparation and dispatch.
- Limited SKU Strategy: By focusing on a curated menu of ~70 high-demand items (snacks, beverages, and quick meals), they optimize kitchen throughput to meet the 10-minute promise.
Financial Snapshot: Growth vs. Burn
Founded in mid-2024 by IIT-Kharagpur alum Aniket Shah along with Sureshkumar Saran and Ujjwal Sukheja, Swish is still in its heavy investment phase.
| Metric | FY25 (July ’24 – Mar ’25) | Status (March 2026) |
| Revenue | ₹4 Crore | Scaling via new hubs |
| Net Loss | ₹19 Crore | Typical for early-stage expansion |
| Valuation | $60 Million | $140 Million |
| Employee Count | ~470 | Expanding for Series B rollout |
Future Outlook: Beyond Bengaluru
With the fresh $30 million, Swish plans to expand its network of “Delight Centers” beyond its current strongholds in HSR Layout, Koramangala, and Bellandur. The capital will also be used to bolster its tech stack and explore entries into other Tier-1 cities where density supports the 10-minute delivery economics.
While competitors like Blinkit’s Bistro and Zepto Café continue to pivot, Swish’s successful Series B suggests that a dedicated, first-party model may be the key to cracking the “instant hunger” market in urban India.
