Kouzina Food Tech has secured an exclusive license for Swiggy’s food brands: The Bowl Company, Homely, Soul Rasa, and Istah.
Kouzina will manage, develop, and expand these brands, eventually acquiring full ownership after meeting agreed conditions.
This deal follows Swiggy’s restructuring and scaling down of its cloud kitchen operations, including transferring its Access Kitchens business to Kitchens@.
Kouzina aims to expand these brands faster using an asset-light model and plans to enter new markets.
The Bowl Company and Homely were originally launched by Swiggy to fill market gaps in food delivery.
Kouzina operates with over 250 kitchen partners across 100+ cities and recently acquired Vasudev Adiga’s and invested in Shark Tank-featured MOPP Foods.
The company is seeking franchise partners to scale up its operations and plans to go public within five years.
