The company aims to transform India’s disorganized domestic labor market by providing on-demand, reliable, and dignified employment opportunities for workers.
A New Era in Domestic Services
Founded in October 2024 by Anjali Sardana, a former investor at Bain Capital and 8VC, Pronto launched officially in April 2025. The platform allows users to book trained professionals for household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation through its app. Customers can choose from three service options: instant (within 10 minutes), scheduled, or recurring. Pronto operates 24/7, ensuring rapid and reliable service delivery.
Empowering Workers with Stability and Dignity
Unlike traditional gig economy models, Pronto offers its workers, known as “Pronto Professionals,” guaranteed hours instead of commission-based pay. This approach provides income stability, with workers reportedly earning 2-3 times more in their first month compared to previous employment. The company also plans to introduce health insurance and flexible payment options to further support its workforce.
Strategic Expansion Plans
With the new funding, Pronto intends to open 10 additional hubs across Gurugram within the next 90 days, expanding its service radius and customer base. The company recently launched its second hub in the Galleria Market area. To support this growth, Pronto plans to hire 700 service professionals and 50 corporate employees in operations and engineering roles.

Pronto’s rapid service model aligns with the growing quick commerce trend in India, where consumers expect swift delivery of goods and services.
