Bluestone Jewellery & Lifestyle has significantly narrowed its net loss in Q1 FY26 to ₹34.7 crore, a 41.3% reduction from ₹59.2 crore in the same quarter last year. This marks the company’s first earnings release since its IPO and indicates positive momentum.
Revenue from operations soared 41% year-on-year to ₹492.7 crore, compared to ₹348.2 crore in Q1 FY25. The strong growth was fueled by both online strength and aggressive store expansion—adding 17 new outlets, raising the total to 292.
On the cost front, total expenses grew 29% to ₹538.5 crore, driven by higher employee benefits and store operations. However, thanks to efficient cost management, adjusted EBITDA surged by 630%, delivering a major margin expansion of 1,358 basis points. CEO Gaurav Singh Kushwaha attributed these results to “operating leverage across marketing, corporate costs, and manufacturing efficiencies.”
This stellar operational trajectory enabled Bluestone to turn cash-positive by ₹1.7 crore, a shift from a ₹36 crore cash loss a year ago. The company’s shares responded positively, closing 1.65% higher at ₹565 on the BSE.
